This Policy does not replace the terms of any signed remodeling, design, construction, or other service agreement.

Property information may qualify as personal information when associated with an individual or household.

IP address; device and browser information; operating system; approximate location inferred from technical information; pages viewed; referring websites; time and duration of visits; clicks; cookie and advertising identifiers; marketing campaign information; and conversion and attribution information.
D. Communications and Appointment Information
We may retain emails, text messages, appointment requests, consultation notes, customer service communications, and other business correspondence. Telephone calls may be recorded or monitored where permitted by law and after any legally required notice or consent.
E. Financial and Transaction Information
For customers purchasing services, we may maintain estimates, invoices, billing records, payment status, transaction histories, and related financial documentation. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers subject to their own terms. Do not submit payment card information, banking passwords, or Social Security numbers through general website inquiry forms.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate project scope and service area; schedule discovery calls, consultations, and showroom visits; prepare estimates, design concepts, proposals, and contracts; provide remodeling services; manage customer and project communications; coordinate with project professionals and suppliers; process invoices and maintain records; improve website and services; measure marketing performance; send lawful marketing and educational communications; detect fraud or security incidents; comply with obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We may combine information from different interactions where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
4. Customer Relationship Management Systems
dRemodeling may use third-party CRM, scheduling, project management, and communications platforms, including Zoho products where implemented. These systems may store contact details, project information, appointment history, preferences, marketing attribution, and related records. Access is limited to authorized staff and service providers based on their responsibilities and business needs.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tags, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies for functionality, preferences, website measurement, conversion attribution, and marketing. These may be categorized as necessary, functional, analytics, or advertising-related. Where required, we will obtain appropriate consent for non-essential technologies and provide applicable choices. Visitors may manage cookies through our available privacy controls and their browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.
6. Analytics, Google Ads, and Advertising
We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and similar providers to evaluate usage and campaign effectiveness. Depending on enabled features, providers may receive website interactions, browser identifiers, campaign attribution, and conversion events. Where legally and contractually permitted, first-party customer information may be used for advertising conversion measurement, including enhanced conversions. Such tools may hash data before transmission; hashing does not necessarily render information anonymous.
Remarketing may be used subject to consent requirements and platform rules. Third-party providers process information under their own practices and agreements. Certain advertising disclosures may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable state laws even without monetary payment; required notices and opt-outs will be offered when those laws apply. We do not intentionally send sensitive personal information through tracking URLs or improperly configured tags.
7. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information to website and technology providers; CRM and booking platforms; email and telecommunications providers; advertising and analytics providers; designers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers; payment processors; insurers; accountants and attorneys; or legal authorities, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Project participants should receive only information relevant to their role.
We do not sell customer contact lists for money. Advertising-related sharing is addressed above. Information may also be disclosed in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, business transfer, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
8. SMS and Text Message Communications
Customers and prospective customers may elect to receive text communications from dRemodeling. Depending on consent, messages may include scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, customer service, follow-up, surveys, and promotions. Consent to promotional or automated marketing texts is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance, or contact us directly. Revocation requests will be honored as required by law, including lawful methods beyond replying STOP. We may maintain consent records identifying method, date, time, and circumstances.
Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Messaging service providers may receive information as necessary to provide and administer messages.
9. Email Marketing and Communications
We may email customers and prospects about inquiries, appointments, projects, requested information, and permitted marketing. Commercial emails will include required identification, contact details, and unsubscribe functionality. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop non-promotional messages about requested services, existing appointments, ongoing projects, or legal obligations.
10. Project Photography, Video, and Portfolio Content
We may create photographs, videos, measurements, plans, and project documentation for design, coordination, quality control, and records. We may separately seek permission to use photographs, testimonials, or other materials in our portfolio, education, and advertising. Where authorization is required by law or agreement, we will obtain it. Images may contain identifying features, belongings, or addresses. Any signed photography authorization or contractual provision governs its scope. This Privacy Policy alone does not grant unrestricted rights to publicize identifiable homeowner or property details.
11. Information Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or misuse. Safeguards may vary based on information sensitivity and risks. No electronic system or internet transmission is guaranteed completely secure. We will assess security incidents and notify affected people or authorities where required by applicable law.
12. Data Retention
We retain information for periods reasonably necessary for operations, contracts, accounting, insurance, disputes, legal compliance, and protection of legal rights. Periods vary by record type and relationship. Some information may remain after services end. When no longer reasonably needed, information may be deleted, anonymized, or disposed of securely subject to legal, technical, and operational requirements. Deletion requests may be subject to lawful exceptions.
13. Individual Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain copies of certain personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of specified advertising, sale, or sharing; and appeal certain privacy decisions. Rights may be subject to exceptions and identity-verification requirements. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights. 14. Children and Minors
Our website and remodeling services are intended primarily for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. If we learn such information was collected in circumstances requiring parental authorization, we will take appropriate steps. Parents or guardians may contact us to request review or deletion.
15. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may link to external social media platforms, maps, manufacturers, review websites, and suppliers. Those websites may collect information under their own policies. We do not control their independent privacy or security practices. Please review the applicable third-party policies.
16. Business Transfers and Legal Requirements
Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a proposed or completed sale, merger, financing, acquisition, or restructuring. We may also preserve or disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, investigate misconduct, or protect legal rights and safety, subject to applicable requirements.
17. International Processing
Some service providers may process or store information outside Pennsylvania or the United States. Where applicable, we will take steps required by relevant privacy laws for cross-border processing or transfers.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, services, vendors, or business practices. We will revise the last-updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes. Revisions do not retroactively eliminate legal rights.
