Terms of Use
Effective Date: October 19, 2026 | Last Updated: October 19, 2026
These Terms govern use of the website. They are separate from any remodeling, design, or construction contract.
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.dremodeling.com and any website pages, forms, galleries, content, and online features operated by dRemodeling (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
These Terms concern the Site only. They do not create a construction, design, consulting, or other service contract and do not supersede a separately signed agreement between a customer and dRemodeling. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding the contracted services, the signed agreement controls for those services.
2. About dRemodeling and Website Purpose
The Site provides general information about dRemodeling, its remodeling services, showroom, service areas, completed projects, educational resources, and ways to request consultations. Website content is intended for informational and promotional purposes, not as a substitute for a site inspection, technical evaluation, design specifications, professional advice, or a signed written agreement.
Availability of particular services, materials, personnel, appointments, geographic coverage, and project types may change. Display of a project does not mean an identical result is feasible, available, or included in any prospective project.
3. No Offer, No Binding Estimate, and No Construction Contract
Website text, pricing examples, cost guides, timelines, investment ranges, images, and other descriptions are illustrative and do not constitute a binding quotation, offer, guarantee, or promise of particular scope, cost, finish, schedule, eligibility, or availability.
Any estimate, design, proposal, schedule, warranty, or statement concerning actual work is governed by the applicable written documents and, where required, a duly executed customer agreement. An online inquiry, booking request, automated confirmation, showroom visit, conversation, or preliminary consultation does not by itself create a binding construction contract or obligate dRemodeling to undertake a project.
For Pennsylvania home improvement work, legally required written contract terms and consumer rights, including applicable cancellation rights, are not modified or waived by these Site Terms.
4. Accuracy and Changes to Site Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful and current, but content may include errors, omissions, outdated information, or differences between examples and actual projects. To the extent permitted by law, we may update, correct, remove, or change Site content or functionality without advance notice.
You should verify project-specific details directly with dRemodeling before relying on them for any purchasing, construction, or financial decision. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
5. Website Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: (a) interfere with Site security or operation; (b) access restricted systems without authorization; (c) introduce malware or malicious code; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect personal information or large portions of Site content through automated means without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law; (e) impersonate others or submit false or fraudulent information; (f) infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; or (g) use the Site to transmit unlawful, abusive, or malicious material.
We may restrict access or investigate misuse where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
6. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise noted, Site text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, page design, branded materials, and other original content are owned by dRemodeling or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access, view, and print limited Site material for personal, noncommercial informational purposes, provided notices and attribution are preserved. You may not republish, sell, modify for distribution, reproduce commercially, or exploit Site content without the appropriate owner’s prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.
Ownership of third-party trademarks, manufacturers’ product images, and other third-party materials remains with their respective owners. The dRemodeling name and marks may not be used to suggest endorsement or affiliation without permission.
7. Project Photographs, Plans, and Portfolio
Photographs, videos, drawings, floor plans, before-and-after comparisons, renderings, and descriptions on the Site illustrate particular projects, concepts, or examples. Lighting, photography, materials, measurements, site conditions, product availability, and other factors may affect the appearance or outcome of a future project.
No Site display transfers rights to reuse any homeowner’s imagery, architectural documents, dRemodeling creative materials, or third-party protected work. Permission to publicize a specific homeowner’s project, testimonial, address, or identifying information is addressed separately through applicable consent or agreements; these Terms alone are not homeowner photo consent.
8. Inquiries, Appointment Requests, and Submissions
When submitting an inquiry, requesting an appointment, or contacting us, you agree to provide information you are authorized to share and that is reasonably accurate to the best of your knowledge. Please do not use general website forms to send payment credentials, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Sending a form does not guarantee acceptance of a project, availability of a requested meeting time, or a particular response deadline. We may contact you to clarify project information, confirm appointments, and assess whether we can provide the requested services.
How personal information is collected, used, and disclosed is explained in our separate Privacy Policy. Consent to receive promotional text messages must be obtained separately where required; agreeing to these Terms does not by itself authorize marketing texts or automated calls.
9. Reviews and User-Submitted Material
We welcome honest reviews, questions, and feedback. Nothing in these Terms prohibits, restricts, or penalizes lawful, honest consumer reviews or requires reviewers to transfer intellectual property rights in their reviews.
If you submit material to us for potential publication, you represent that you have rights to submit it. We will obtain any additional license or authorization required for a particular public or promotional use. We reserve the right, consistent with applicable law and platform rules, not to publish or to remove material that is unlawful, contains private confidential information, infringes others’ rights, or is otherwise inappropriate. We do not promise to publish submissions.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and services, including mapping services, appointment scheduling, social media, reviews, product suppliers, and other resources. Third-party terms and privacy practices may apply. We do not control and are not responsible for independent third-party content or services, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
References to products or manufacturers are not promises of availability, pricing, compatibility, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
11. Privacy, Cookies, and Electronic Communications
Your use of the Site is also subject to our separate Privacy Policy, which describes personal information practices, tracking technologies, and available privacy choices. This section does not replace that policy.
Electronic communications and any optional SMS programs are subject to applicable law, consent requirements, and any separately disclosed program terms. Service communications may be distinct from optional promotional messages.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES REGARDING UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, COMPLETE ACCURACY, OR FITNESS OF GENERAL WEBSITE INFORMATION FOR A PARTICULAR PROJECT.
This disclaimer relates only to the Site and its informational features. It does not disclaim, limit, or replace obligations, express warranties, workmanship standards, consumer protections, or remedies arising under a signed remodeling contract or applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, dRemodeling SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHERE SUCH EXCLUSION IS LAWFUL.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where limitation is prohibited, personal injury where nonwaivable, violations of applicable consumer protection law, or any other liability or right that cannot legally be excluded or limited. These Site Terms do not limit remedies under a separately signed remodeling or construction agreement.
14. Indemnification for Unlawful Site Misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your intentional unlawful misuse of the Site or infringement of third-party rights through materials you submit. This provision does not shift responsibility for dRemodeling’s own negligence, misconduct, statutory obligations, or contract performance and is subject to all applicable consumer protections.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Site Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or forum rights under applicable law.
The parties may contact each other in good faith to attempt informal resolution of a Site-related concern. No arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, or exclusive venue clause is imposed by these Terms. Any dispute relating to construction or design services remains governed by the relevant service contract and applicable law.
16. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent legally permissible. Failure to enforce a provision does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will appear on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued or override signed customer contracts. When additional notice or acceptance is required, we will provide it.
